Seamless Procurement Process

We offer a seamless procurement process that includes purchasing, warehousing, delivery, and setting-in-place of all foodservice equipment and supplies, including furniture and custom fabrication.

Proper procurement, the strategic process of sourcing, ordering, and managing equipment and supplies, ensures that the right quantities of products are purchased. We know that the procurement process can have a crucial effect on an establishment’s profitability and reputation. We work to balance cost efficiency with the procurement of quality products.

Once products are purchased, they are warehoused until ready for delivery. We offer warehousing as part of our procurement process to optimize inventory management and ensure products are ready when needed.

Timely deliveries are a must in the production of a foodservice facility. We work to schedule delivery times that align with the project’s workflow and reduce disruptions for a smoother operation. Setting-in-place is the next step, where we place all equipment, fabrication, and furniture in the location that works best for efficient operation before the final step of installation.

Real Experience

Through a seamless procurement process, Singer H&R was able to help Caddell Construction and The University of Alabama maintain and install over 1.3 million dollars worth of kitchen equipment by having a warehouse strategically placed within Tuscaloosa to be able to keep up with the fluid situations of such a large job site and amount of equipment. We were able to purchase this equipment up front, stage in our insured warehouse, and provide the proper safe transport of all this equipment. Then, we began the installation of all of this across multiple levels of Bryant Denny Stadium. It was crucial due to the tight project deadlines, daily changing schedule needs, and complexity of the multiple kitchens and bars across multiple levels of the stadium. Thankfully we were able to achieve our goal and have this project ready for the first football game in September of 2020 after months of being on the site daily and many weeks being there 7 days a week. We are thankful for the relationship and our ability to be able to be a solid partner to the University of Alabama and their foodservice needs!
